One of our partner cosmetic surgery and medical spa centers in California is looking to hire a full time Medical Spa Manager
JobResponsibilities:
- Lead, oversee, manage, and optimize all daily front office responsibilities and inner workings of the medical spa to deliver the gold standard of patient experience.
- Directly responsible for leading and managing all front desk staff, patient customer service, daily office flow/operations, scheduling optimization, incoming leads protocol, supply/product ordering, etc.
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and clean reception area.
- Greet patients, manage the patient check-in and check-out process, manage in-clinic patient flow, prepare for treatment day, schedule appointments, answer phones,facilitate all incoming online leads, inform patients of products/services, address basic patient concerns, assist with financial check-outs, up-sell and cross-sell patients at the front desk, track daily sales, maintain cash deposits, and create a clean clinic environment.
- Participate and ideate frequent marketing efforts.
- Create and implement a front desk flow protocol
- Train current staff and new hires.
- Address patient issues and complaints in an assertive, calm, and professional manner
Education and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Must have five years’ experience in aesthetics
- Must have five years’ experience leading and managing a team
- Bi-lingual a plus
Physical Requirements:
Physical demands are generally described as medium (exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body).
