Manage a full patient caseload efficiently, covering all aspects of patient care, documentation, and communication requirements. Assist in meeting departmental efficiency standards.
- Professional Development:
Demonstrate commitment to the profession through membership in the American Speech and Hearing Association. Attend at least one professional meeting per year.
- Contributions to the Field:
Engage in activities such as publishing, speaking, participating in clinical research, or running for elected office in the American Speech Pathology Association.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Speech Therapist License
- Master's degree in Communication Disorders, meeting American Speech and Hearing Association academic and practicum requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), and successful completion of clinical training.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, as well as internet access and utilization.
