One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist (Clinician – PT)
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care for patients receiving physical therapy services, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, and outcomes
- Complete all required documentation (pre-certifications, physicians reports, daily notes, etc.)
- Evaluate and treat patients of all age and supervise assistants and aides
- Provide excellent physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight
- Maintain open and positive communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third party payors
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Team player with leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and clinical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and reporting.
License/Certification:
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist program.
- State licensure/registration as required.
- Active CPR certification
