Responsibilities:
- Expert Knowledge: Demonstrate deep understanding of nursing practices and regulations.
- Medication Expertise: Administer medications precisely as instructed.
- Continuous Assessment: Proactively assess for changes in condition.
Qualifications:
- Active Vocational Nurse license
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Recent Physical and TB tests (within one year)
- Driver's License or State ID
- Minimum 6 months LVN experience
- Hospice experience is a must
