One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time RN Manager - Dialysis.
Job Summary:
A registered professional nurse responsible for the operations and management of a dialysis clinic. This role involves ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with local and federal regulations, and effective staff management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from accredited School of Nursing
- Current California RN license
- Experience in Chronic/Acute Hemodialysis or Home Setting
- Management experience or B.Sc. Degree preferred
- Active CPR card
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote teamwork and address patient concerns.
- Welcome and orient new patients.
- Manage patient schedules and assign staff duties.
- Ensure policy compliance and infection control.
- Coordinate with other departments for patient care.
- Conduct patient rounds and provide care as needed
- Monitor and supervise all patient care activity during dialysis and assist as necessary..
- Prepare and manage staff schedules.
- Evaluate staff performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee medical records, injury reports, and medication inventory.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols.
- Collect and report CQI Outcomes data.
- Liaise with hospitals for Mobile Acute Dialysis.
- Act as educational liaison for staff and patients.
