Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain current and accurate information on all acute hemodialysis treatments performed.
- Maintain dialysis equipment as per protocol.
- Charting, Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and provide pre- and post-procedure care with expertise as per hospital policy and procedure.
- Document post treatment hospital assessment form for each patient dialyzed in the acute setting.
- Provide personalized patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, and education on disease management, nutrition, and exercise.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home dialysis machine operation, ensuring understanding and confidence in self-care.
Qualifications:
- Updated Resume
- Active California RN license
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year RN Acute Dialysis experience
- Must have prior experience in a hospital setting
