Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, and education on disease management, nutrition, and exercise.
- Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and provide pre- and post-procedure care with expertise.
- Cannulate, initiate and terminate dialysis treatments
- Educate patients and caregivers on home dialysis machine operation, ensuring understanding and confidence in self-care.
- Coordinate patient care, maintain medical inventory, and ensure accurate documentation, contributing to comprehensive healthcare delivery.
Qualifications:
- Updated Resume
- Active California RN license
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Dialysis experience is desirable
- Minimum 6 months RN experience
- Can work at Dialysis Clinics
