Responsibilities:

Plan and implement nursing care, including medication administration and disease prevention, while executing physicians' orders.
Actively participate in multi-disciplinary treatment efforts, crafting care plans, and assisting physicians with rounds for seamless patient care.
Offer compassionate observation, ongoing assessments, and tailored interventions to meet patients' physical and psychological needs, while maintaining accurate progress records.
Thoroughly document all nursing activities to maintain comprehensive medical records.
Adhere to optimum care standards, emphasizing safety and infection control precautions.

Qualifications:

Active state RN license.
CPR or BLS Certification.
ACLS and PALS Certification.
Physical and TB Test (within one year).
Driver's License or State ID.
At least 1 year RN Telemetry experience.
