One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist (Clinician – PT).
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care for patients receiving physical therapy services, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, and outcomes.
- Complete all required documentation (pre-certifications, physicians reports, daily notes, etc.).
- Evaluate and treat patients of all ages and supervise assistants and aides.
- Provide excellent physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight.
- Maintain open and positive communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Team player with leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and clinical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid state Physical Therapy license required.
- At least 6 months of Physical Therapy experience.
- Active CPR certification.
