One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Physical TherapyCenter Manager (Clinician – PT).
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the therapy center.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain employee files.
- Efficient caseload management and scheduling of patients.
- Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
- Provide top-notch physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight.
- Encourage development, learning, and growth of clinical staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Effective organizational, time management and planning skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional judgment with respect to patient status, safety and well-being.
- Basic proficiency in Windows based operating systems (e.g. Word, Excel).
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Strong Leadership skills.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- Valid state Physical Therapy license required.
- At least 6 months of Physical Therapy center manager experience.
- Active CPR certification.
